Empties 2.0: Would I repurchase?

Hello! How has your Summer been so far? Mine has been quite swamped with work, because I’m saving up to go to Malta in September. If you happen to have any recommendations concerning places to visit or to eat at, please let me know in the comments! But let’s get back to what this post actually is about: my next round of empties (read my previous one here). This time around I managed to collect 5 empty products to talk about and decide whether to purchase them again or leave them for what they were and move on to another product.

Maybelline Fit Me concealer – 10 Light

Would I repurchase it? YES, and I already have! I almost can’t believe how quickly I went through this concealer! But then again, I used it pretty much every day so I’m not that surprised. It has the perfect amount of coverage for an everyday makeup look and doesn’t crease underneath my eyes. This is definitely one of my holy grail concealers!

Rimmel London Stay Matte long lasting pressed powder – 006 Warm Beige

Would I repurchase it? YES, I would! This has been on of my favorite setting powders since high school and till this day I’m still using and loving it! It doesn’t keep my face matte all day because of my extremely oily skin, but it has a nice finish and adds a little bit of coverage on days that I need it.

Garnier SkinActive botanical cream – Green Tea

Would I repurchase it? YES, I really love this product! It sinks immediately into my skin and doesn’t feel greasy or sticky, which I prefer since my skin will take care of making me look all gross and greasy towards the end of the day anyway.. (oily skin struggles over here). It also doesn’t seem to break me out, which is why I will be purchasing this product again!

Essence My Must Haves fixing powder – 01 fix it, baby!

Would I repurchase it? NO, but not because it didn’t like it! I actually really liked this (translucent) setting powder, but the pan is waaay too small to dip my powder brush in, so I prefer using other setting powders like the Rimmel Stay Matte one.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing foaming cleanser

Would I repurchase it? YES, I really like the tea tree range from The Body Shop, but this particular product is definitely one of my favorites! I use it at the end of the day after I have taken off my makeup and it makes my skin look so clean and feel very soft. Don’t get this in your eye though, this hurts like a – well.. it hurts a lot, trust me.

So I guess I’ll have to make a trip to the drugstore to pick up some of these products (and probably buy some other things that I really don’t need). There will be a third round coming soon as well since I’m almost out of a few other products, so keep your eyes peeled for that post! Have a nice day!

xoxo

I’ve been wanting to try the Maybelline Fit Me concealer for so long but the lightest shade is too dark of me 😦 I’ve also heard great things about the Rimmel powder and I might buy that one! xx
